Depois de decidir pela saída do São Paulo, Cuca falou com a imprensa sobre o processo que o levou a optar por deixar o clube. Ao seu lado, na sala de imprensa do CT da Barra Funda, o diretor de futebol Raí também deu explicações. Diante das respostas de ambas as partes ficou a impressão de um sentimento de decepção diante das expectativas criadas em torno da parceria.

Cuca agradeceu ao Tricolor e aos dirigentes pela oportunidade da segunda passagem pelo clube, mas admitiu que as coisas não estavam indo bem dentro de campo e o casamento não estava funcionando. A expectativa por uma conquista ficará para outro momento.

– Demos uma arrancada no começo, depois uma caída. Pelo grupo que tem pode estar em posição melhor. Senti que era o momento de sair. Os jogos não foram contundentes em questão de desempenho e nós acabamos por entender assim.Quero agradecer Raí, Pássaro e Leco. Se as coisas não saíram certo não foi por culpa deles. Não deu liga no que eu penso de futebol. Esperei muito tempo para vir para o São Paulo e esperava sair com conquistas e não aconteceu. Desejo sorte ao São Paulo – declarou o ex-comandante.

Raí, que passa por mais uma troca de comando em sua gestão, dividiu a responsabilidade de a passagem de Cuca não ter dado certo. Para ele, essas constantes mudanças não são o cenário ideal para um clube, mas admite que a falta de conquistas acaba induzindo a esse tipo de prática.

-A responsabilidade é compartilhada e não é problema disso ou daquilo. Assim como jogadores que passaram aqui e não deram certo, mas em outros lugares deram. É continuar trabalhando isso. Em algumas entrevistas não dá para analisar um tempo longo do São Paulo. Não dá para definir em poucas palavras. Não é o ideal, lógico que assumimos a culpa em parte disso. Em um clube grande, que passa muito tempo sem vencer, para sair existe uma cultura desse clube vencedor. Passa boa parte sem vencer e passa por isso – disse.

Em seguida, Cuca fez uma espécie de balanço da reta final dessa sua segunda passagem pelo clube. De acordo com o ex-comandante tricolor, diante da concordância com sua demissão por parte de dirigentes e torcedores, não fazia mais sentido permanecer, assim como entende que há possibilidade de que outro profissional chegue para iniciar uma nova arrancada no campeonato.

-Se hoje você for perguntar para todos não é o caso de eu estar me demitindo. Se eu estou colocando meu cargo à disposição e eles aceitam, eles não estão felizes. O torcedor não está feliz também. O investimento foi alto, o São Paulo não apresenta o padrão de jogo. Eu expliquei o padrão de jogo que não combinou. Então foi isso que conversei com a diretoria e eles entenderam que outro modelo pode ter uma arrancada nesse final. Eu não queria sair do São Paulo, eu demorei muito para vir para cá. Eu queria muito uma conquista, mas ela não veio – concluiu.

Para o duelo com o Flamengo, neste sábado, às 19h, Vágner Mancini assumirá o time interinamente. Ainda não há uma definição se o clube irá atrás de um novo treinador ainda para este ano ou se manterá Mancini como interino até o fim do Brasileirão-2019 para que se inicie um trabalho juntamente com a próxima temporada. O clube prefere evitar a pressa para tomar a decisão.

– Não é em cima de uma partida. Conversei ontem com o Raí e Pássaro e expus hoje a eles o meu pensamento o que tem sido essa sequência de jogos e eles entenderam. Eu não estou pensando em mim, no profissional. Estou pensando mais do São Paulo do que em mim. Que o Raí e o Pássaro façam o melhor. Quando um técnico sai fala que faltou isso ao aquilo. Para mim não faltou nada em relação ao Pássaro, Raí, Leco.

– Não sei te dizer ao certo qual o problema. Se eu soubesse qual o problema eu falava. Vocês bateram muito no padrão de jogo. Eu queria explicar que todo ser humano tem sua característica, eu tenho a minha. Qual é a característica do Cuca? Eu gosto de marcação na frente, rápido. Não gosto de time que tem morosidade. Às vezes ser mais objetivo e infelizmente meu estilo não combinou. Não é por isso que eles não são bons, eles são ótimos. Mas não encaixou. Eu falei para o Raí e Pássaro, por isso que saí. Teve uma ideia de falarmos com você e foi entendido. Você acha que eles estão contente e eles também? Como falei com os jogadores eles vão vingar e vão dar uma arrancada.

-Lógico que estou muito triste, esperei 15 anos para estar aqui de novo. Como vou estar feliz? É a primeira vez em todos os clubes no futebol que eu fui xingado. É a pior coisa que existe, dói demais. Até dei risada de um cara que me chamou de cabelo de boneca. Dói. Passei duas vezes em Flamengo, Fluminense, Galo, Santos e isso dói demais. A ideia de ir embora lógico que não é só minha. Se perguntar para maior parte da torcida eles também queriam. Às vezes não é ser bom ou ruim. A minha vida vai continuar a amanhã ou depois estarei em outro clube.

-Você passar seis meses não é o ideal. O São Paulo é um lugar especial, mas não fluiu, não deu aquele liga que a gente sente, dá gente tocar e as coisas irem. O resultado mesmo nas vitórias a gente teve de fazer muita força. Foi no meio das mexidas, mas naturalmente poucas vezes aconteceram. Por isso essa decisão para o São Paulo ter essa sequência. O sentimento que poderia ter sido melhor. O torcedor tinha uma confiança no meu trabalho. Mudanças importantes no elenco foram feitas. Que seja uma semente que fique plantada.

RAÍ
– Como o Cuca falou estamos em uma colocação que dá para trabalhar tranquilamente de uma maneira séria para procurar uma posição melhor. Existe momentos difíceis, erros, acertos. Pensando no macro ninguém vai entender isso. Você vai ter tropeços e vai tentando subir. Nos últimos dois anos tivemos anos dificílimos. É muito pouco para o São Paulo, precisamos de muito mais. Precisamos fazer a autocrítica, ver o que precisa ser melhorada.

تحدث بيب جوارديولا المدير الفني لفريق مانشستر سيتي الإنجليزي، عن فرص مشاركة إيرلينج هالاند في المباراة أمام كريستال بالاس، ومدى جاهزيته لكأس العالم للأندية.

ويعاني هالاند من إجهاد في قدمه، وغاب عن مباراتي لوتون تاون والنجم الأحمر بسبب تلك المشكلة.

وقدّم جوارديولا تحديثات لحالة هالاند ومدى جاهزيته، وقال في مؤتمره الصحفي اليوم الجمعة: “سيصل هالاند اليوم وسيقوم الأطباء بفحصه وسنرى كيف يشعر”.

وأضاف: “لقد خضع لبرنامج علاجي، آمل أن يتمكن من السفر إلى السعودية غدًا بعد المباراة”.

وأردف جوارديولا: “أعتقد أنه سيسافر معنا وبعد ذلك سنرى ما إذا كان قادرًا على لعب المباراة الأولى أو الثانية أو عندما نعود”.

وحول ما إذا كان سيشارك مع مانشستر سيتي ضد كريستال بالاس غدًا السبت، علّق جوارديولا: “لا أعتقد ذلك، ربما سيفاجئونني ويخبرونني بشيء جديد، لكنني لا أعتقد ذلك”.

وأكمل: “في بعض الأحيان يتعافى هؤلاء اللاعبين بشكل أسرع، وأحيانًا لفترة أطول، يومًا بعد يوم، أسبوعًا بعد أسبوع، نرى كيف يشعر، في اللحظة التي لا تظهر عليه الأعراض أو يشعر بالألم، سيكون جاهزًا للعب مرة أخرى”.

Chris Gayle has signed with the Melbourne Renegades for the 2015-16 Big Bash League. Gayle last played in the BBL during the 2012-13 season, when he turned out for the Sydney Thunder, and he had previously been part of Western Australia’s side in the tournament’s previous incarnation as the Big Bash.”It’s exciting to be coming to the Melbourne Renegades in the sporting capital of Australia,” Gayle said. “I’m looking forward to seeing the fans, getting to know the city a little more and helping the team into the finals in BBL 05.”The Renegades’ coach, David Saker, said Gayle’s experience and ability at the top of the order would be a valuable asset for the team.”Chris’s abilities and experience goes without saying,” Saker said. “He has tremendous skills both as an explosive T20 batsman but also as that genuine all-rounder you need. وأضاف: “آرسنال نفسه يعرف جيدًا أن ليس لديهم أي خيار، لدينا كأس أمم إفريقيا وكل منتخب يرغب في حضور لاعبيه للمعسكر قبل انطلاق البطولة”.

David Warner has spoken for the first time about the prospect of a “rebel” cricket league bankrolled by the Essel Group tycoon Subhash Chandra, saying the vast sums of money mooted for the signatures of the world’s leading cricketers could be impossible to ignore.Alongside Australia’s captain Michael Clarke, Warner was reportedly near the top of the Essel Group’s list of targets, with a story in the suggesting he would be in line for a contract worth $50 million over 10 years if he made the leap. While stressing his commitment to Test cricket and national duty, Warner said such figures could not simply be rejected out of hand and challenged other athletes to be honest with the public about the role financial rewards played in their thinking.”At the moment I’m contracted to Cricket Australia, the fact is I’m playing for Australia, it’s what I do, it’s what I love,” Warner told ESPNcricinfo. “But these guys are talking about big sums of money and, let’s be honest, if people are saying to you that they don’t play for the money then they’re having a laugh, because every single person who gets offered this or gets offered that, what happens? Warner, though, indicated that cricket’s present structure may not have room to co-exist with the new venture.”Everyone says you can’t put a price on the baggy green, and you can’t,” he said. “But the simple thing is if the rebel league comes and takes off, I don’t think there is going to be Test cricket. That’s where people are going to be like ‘who are these people, where is Cricket Australia going to go with this, how are we going to play every other Test nation when some of those nations are definitely going to go on board’.”I can’t talk on their behalf, but if you weigh the numbers up I think what they’re talking about sum-wise it’s going to be hard for a lot of the minnow countries to say no, and that’s the scary thing. Then it’s going to be Australia versus England versus India all the time. Cricket’s in a great position at the moment. It’s interesting times ahead and I think at the moment the players have got a lot to think about and a lot to weigh up.”Warner’s comments could raise some eyebrows, notably in the months after Cricket Australia sought to protect their playing stocks by offering numerous players the added security of multi-year national contracts, a privilege commonly reserved for only a select few.As of the start of Australia’s tour of England, these deals were yet to be formally signed by the players ahead of the expiry date of existing contracts on June 30. – Quando falei que tentamos fazer algumas coisas que tínhamos treinado pouco foi sobre alternar um pouco esse jogo de posse de bola com jogo de bola longa direcionada no Diego Souza, porque ele tem essa característica. É forte e consegue fazer bem esse pivô, mas também usando os jogadores de velocidade pelas beiradas. Fizemos algumas. O escanteio do gol sai em uma jogada em que o João tentou fazer com o Luiz. A ideia nossa é alternar bem esse jogo de posse, manter o jogo controlado porque temos jogadores com características assim, mas de sermos mais agressivos ofensivamente – afirmou Alberto Valentim após a partida.

A equipe realmente apresentou novas maneiras de jogar. Na referência, Diego Souza foi mais exigido pelo alto do que costumava acontecer. Não à toa, o camisa 7 ganhou cinco duelos aéreos na partida, representando 50% de sucesso diante da dupla de zagueiros do Vasco. Apesar da desvantagem numérica, o atacante ainda se saiu melhor do que os defensores em metade das oportunidades.

O pivô de Diego Souza, porém, não foi bem aproveitado pelos companheiros. Quando apoiava a bola e conseguia um passe, nenhum jogador chegava pelo meio, na entrada da área, e os pontas não tiveram sucesso nos duelos individuais quando o alvo do camisa 7 era desviar a bola para a lateral.

Por mais que a estreia de Alberto Valentim tenha sido marcada por derrota e pela presença de velhas dificuldades, o treinador deu sinais de mudanças. Com a zona de rebaixamento do Campeonato Brasileiro cada vez mais próxima, tais mexidas serão necessárias para o Botafogo reencontrar o caminho das vitórias.
